Can Apple’s iPhone be used on T-mobile when it comes out in June?
Will it be available unlocked for purchase?
How long do I have to wait after it comes out [in June] to be available on T-mobile or unlocked?

Probably won’t be unlocked for a long time, Apple is committed to keeping it secure and keeping it Cingular exclusive. It definitely won’t be available to T-Mobile at launch, my guess would be at least 6-9 months before it will be available to any other providers, or available unlocked.
