Att Phone Message Service
I have Verizon, and I can’t receive phone calls from ATT/Cingular customers, anyone help?
I just got this phone, I can get calls from Verizon, and I can get calls from land lines… but when anyone with Cingular tries to call me, they get a message saying the number isn’t in service. I called Verizon and they said everything looked fine, but its NOT…. Help
First dial *228 on your phone and press option 2. See if that solves your problem. If not then call customer care back & ask to be transferred to technical support. Explain everything is not fine. Other people can call you, but AT&T customers cannot call you.
