Att Phone Troubleshooting
How can I get my Phonezoo account to work when my phone won’t receive the verification code? ?
Last night I signed up for Phonezoo and when they sent me the 6-digit verification code, I did not receive it.
I looked at the troubleshooting Q&A and saw this:
Q. I did not receive the verification code – what do I do now?
A. You should verify with AT&T to make sure you do not have a block on text messaging and SMS messages coming from sources other than phone numbers & sms-email (i.e. sms generated via emails). You can check this yourself by sending an email to phone-number@txt.att.net which if all works correctly should send a text message to your phone.
After trying this I got a message back saying, “Your MSG could not be DELIVERED because of InvalidPduContent
I can’t use the internet on my phone, so can anyone help me fix this problem so i can receive the verification code and start my account?
