What should I do with my jail-broken 4th generation iPod Touch (the one with the camera)?
I already have: Cydia (obviously), Winterboard, Installous, and a couple of really crappy themes. I was just looking for cool apps, themes, and tweaks. This is my first question, so I don’t know if this is possible, but I will try to update my question or respond to the best answer by telling how to get free videos for download and instant with your jailbroken iPod Touch or iPhone. Thanks!!! 
You should get this source:
(open Cydia, go to Manage, Sources, Edit, Add:)

Then you should get iFile, Safari Download Manager, YourTube 2, SwitcherMod, Backgrounder, Multifl0w, Infinidock, Infiniboard, Five Icon Switcher, Iconoclasm, FolderEnhancer (when it’s iOS 4.1 compatible), MultiMusicInfo, MyOS, ScreenDimmer, User Agent Faker, Notified Pro, MakeItMine, Lock Seconds, FontSwap (with the Defused lock clock font). Also you should use Activator to change around some settings… for example I can play and pause with my home button and I can switch songs using the volume buttons with a quick up-down or down-up.
You said you want “free videos for download and instant”?
Not sure what that really means but you can use YourTube 2 to download youtube videos…. you can download any file type if it has a link by using Safari Download manager… and if you go to http://ipockettv.com/ there’s a list of movies and tv shows that you can get.
