Can Someone Tell Me If I’m Being Scammed?
I was selling my laptop and a bunch of accessories on eBay and a man e-mailed me (from eBay) and said he wants to buy it, but he was once scammed on Paypal, so he’ll ONLY do it through Western Union. I send the item, and he’ll give me the control # to pick up the money. I have his address and cell phone number and he seems really honest. The address I shipped it to was a residential address in New York. I sent out the item today and I’m really scared. Should I be?

well, personally I would not have sent it. I would have told him to do it through check if not pay pal. Then you are both safe because you can easily get copies of a check. As far as him saying he was scammed on paypal I have no idea how that came about. That is very suspicious to me. I hope you are not being scammed but I think you very well might be.
