I was a clerk robbed twice in one year. If E / ¿I can sue the bank was working on?
The bank was working on has become robbed several times before start there. (Obviously, a branch often white) Despite this, the bank did'nt have the Bandit barriers (safety glass), but had two security guards who was on the phone all day. Stolen (no weapon, only the threat of weapon) and the guards did not see it happen .. the mangmt. I said then, as I was going crazy not concerned only happens once in a while. Ok. is new 9 months later, thanks to these experiences I have been suffering anxiety attacks and nightmares for over a year. (I left the bank after the second robbery) was actually my last week there. Finally, my question is-would be able to sue to that bank? Or is it not worth it? They did not care and refused to provide adequate security. (Police officers, safety glass, etc.) That branch NEEDS police officers, said police are too expense. Of course, after I left I had been robbed again and then install the glass .. I ended up on drugs for 6 months …
Have you had a bad deal? Yes! Can you do something about it? Not much other than to cut their losses. . . You could try to sue, but I do not have much luck. First, you have more money to get good legal representation, or a bank? Civil courts do not work on justice, operating in the best lawyer can convince a jury, and the most expensive lawyer. . . well, you get what you pay for. . . . and how much you can pay in comparison with a bank. So if you decide to pursue it, be prepared to answer questions like Why did you CONVINCELY work knowing that the banks are common places for theft, and why they continue working there after the first robbery.
