Cell Phone Battery Samsung

I have a Samsung flip cell phone that I just got in Nov. – it no longer charges. Could it be the battery?
I have dropped the phone a bunch of times so could have knocked a wire loose, but hoping that it just needs to have the battery replaced. Anyone have this problem and know what the deal is?
(Yes, I realize that I need to stop dropping my phone, lol). My plan is through T-Mobile.

I had and still have the same problem, i went back to the store and they even got me a new battery and it still doesn’t stay charged. I hate it. My only solution would be to save and get a new phone.
