Online Cricket Phone Orders?
I placed an order on http://www.mycricket.com/, it’s a cell phone company that is convenient due to it’s flat rate, unlimitied miunte plans. I placed an order on their website Saturday morning, 10:21 am, Central Time, and I should recieve my cell phone by today or tomorrow, but I never recieved a confirmation e-mail from Cricket as indicated on their website that I would, I gave them the right e-mail address and I have all spam blockers disabled. I tried calling 1-800-CRICKET (1-800-274-2538) to speak with a representative, but the only way you can do that is if you already have an exisiting Cricket phone number, and their in-store reps don’t have access to online orders. I used a major credit card, that had never been used before, and the trasnaction went through, because it showed up on my bill, just worried that they haven’t sent me a confirmation email that they shipped my products, and they do not have a “contact us” e-mail or chat line either which doesn’t help.

Cricket Communications – ignore all prompts and press 1 (service) and when it asks for the EDIN number enter “1″ it will ask for you to re-enter – do the same thing and the system will apologize and forward your call to a customer service rep.
