Cell Phone Booster Verizon
Poor cell phone reception in new house?
I just purchased a new home and I have bad cell phone reception. I moved to a somewhat rural area. I get reception just down the street, and even outside my own house, but not inside. I have a great plan with Verizon, and I don’t want to have to cancel it. The only other cell phone company with good reception out there is US Cellular, and I don’t want to go back to using them again. Has anyone had any luck with any kind of signal boosters inside their homes? Or any other ideas on how to keep my service with Verizon???
I have the same problem. Except I get poor service with almost all of the cell phone companies. I live in a very rural area with dial up and terrible phone service. I dont even get service outside my house, or even down the street. I have to go 1-2 miles just to get some signal! I maybe get 1 bar here, maybe 2 there at/or around my home. Its terrible! and Verizon said they were gonna build a tower but they have been pushing it back a year for two years! It’s “supposed to be built next year but I highly doubt that and it will probably be pushed back forever. I have not tried signal boosters though, I heard the sticker ones don’t work. The really good ones that are supposed to work are expensive! I know you dont want to leave VZW but your best bet is to go with U.S. Cellular. But I had Verizon and I dont even get a bar. Just the 1x and sometimes not even that! So I try to go with the best company that sometimes gets a bar or two every now and then. Hope I helped!
