A company setting up online bill pay for their customers?
I work for a mid size company and we want our customers to pay us directly online instead of going through a third-party vendor such as Checkfree or metavante. Is there any website that will give me more information on setting this process up…..we want it to be just like how you can go to any major organization like a car insurance company and pay your bill or a cell phone provider. Also, we would be using a CC&B/Oracle 10G database. Also, we would like them to be able to update their information online as well and such.
I would check with your bank and see if you can setup a vendorship with them to do the EBPP transfer. Assuming your company does payment deposits by the bank, they probably have vendor EBPP management as well.
