Cell Phone Earpiece Wireless

What is the most comfortable brand of hands-free device for a cell phone? Not interested in wireless/Bluetooth
My wife has a bad habit of driving with one hand while on the phone. The hands-free earpieces that I bought in the past were too big to fit in her ear and thus were very uncomfortable for her. Thanks for any suggestions

I like C250 from jabra.
I have small hearing problem. On c250, sound quality is loud and clear. Also, that boom mic that’s on C250, makes my sounds clear to the other end.
