How can I check if a Sprint cell phone’s ESN is clear if I’m not using sprint?
I can’t call and ask them because you have to enter your sprint number in order to call sprint.
Also, is it possible that a brand new sprint phone has a bad ESN?
Yes you can call sprint customer service, just keep pressing 0 until an operator comes on.
Not if its brand new.
