Cell Phone Icons

I have an unlocked t-mobile cell phone I’m using a cingular card in, how do I get rid of t-mobile icons?
Also, I can’t access the internet, is this because i don’t have the cingular icons and how do I get those? One last problem is that the text messaging doesn’t have auto typing and I can’t find anywhere on the phone to change it so that it does…any help would be greatly appreciated!
Most of those problems CANNOT be fixed becauese they are in the flash memory and that can only be touched by the manufacturer or the best hacker in the world!
