Cell Phone Invention Timeline

May 22nd, 2009

Can I get some data or graphs for how technology is getting better?

I’ve noticed that with the unveiling of the iTap for only $499 that technology is getting way out of control. How have things changed? From the first computer in the 1940s; to the invention of YouTube in 2005, and now to this crazy half-inch thick, 1.5 pound, 64 Gigabyte, touch-screen COMPUTER in 2010. I would like maybe just a graph or a table or timeline or something with all the dates of big inventions like the iPod, cell phone, iPhone, etc. Or even some websites that already have some or some programs I could use to make one myself.

This is a timeline lead up to ’94. Although there have been many new advances to computers since then, there haven’t been so many Revolutionary advances that changed computers as a whole.
