Have you heard the FBI has a program that can turn on your cell phone (when it’s off) and listen in on you?
I have heard that this sort of software exists. They say they can turn on certain kinds of cell phones – even when they’re off – and listen in on you.

yes its true….but the FBI doesnt control the software…the NSA does…its one reason that reporters going with GWB on the secret trips to Iraq have to remove the batteries from their cells before boarding AF1
