Verizon Wireless cell phone replacement?
I emigrated from Qwest to Verizon cell phone Verizon bought Qwest Wireless. I went with a LGENV2. The phone does not have access to the Internet as I thought it would be. I changed it to BlackBerry 8330. I have had many problems with the BlackBerry. Not it's just being a phone. I can not use a Bluetooth headset. I do not give complete information and misleading charges and internet access Blackberry. I want to buy BlackBerry and keep not, change and return to LG enV2 but at a discount price is $ 49 after rebate right now. or LG Voyager in Titanium. I've talked to people in the "Executive Office" Verizon and only offered $ 50 off the full price. You can not afford to BlackBerry. Why should I be punished because I am exsisting customer. Also I have another cell phone so they are making $ $ on me. Any hints to help executive level?
If you do not like the blackberry you should have to change within the 30 days allowed for that very reason. You're lucky I did not even bother to offer a $ 50 discount total sale price of a new phone. You're almost always forced to pay retail without discount if you want to get a new phone before it is elligble. You're not being punished … had the opportunity to exchange the phone and … This is the same practice any company in the mobile world ha. You always have the option to search the web / ebay and find a cheaper phone and check on your line. It's not like you are forcing to maintain active participation of default or buying a new phone directly from them.
