No, there is not a job, so you can’t do it at any age, No a 13 yo cannot do it, You don’t get paid, you cant work at home, and you will not get paid.
All Cell phone carriers and manufactures do internal testing. Verizon Cingular and Sprint all give phones to employees to try out before they go out to find any software glitches. Motorola an other manufactures electronically test the phones for signal, battery, and other things, so very little human contact, You can give your opinion on what you think new cellphones should look like but they don’t pay you for that.
