Cell Phone Text Lingo
why don’t all of the cell phone carriers block ALL texting?
If they did – then tons of problems would be solved; safer driving, carpal tunnel, no more people talking and writing in ‘text’ lingo AND people would actually talk with one another……
ALL the stuff you are saying makes a LOT of sense! But, there are the advantages of it also, for one would be if you need to talk to someone quickly and ask a quick question without wanting to go into a FULL blown out conversation, that’s what texting is for. And, also if you are in a place where you are not able to talk on the phone for example, hospital, meeting etc. then texting would be almost a MUST i guess you can say. Even though the points you make are true and very good, the text lingo is almost..lazyness and then safer driving, it should be illegal to text and drive, so that can be taken up with the state. But, as we all know business is rough out there right now and people will do anything to get money and so texting is a very GOOD source of money. From people going over there amount of texts per month, thats an extra fee and then just simple unlimited texting gets more money than you would with no texting. Hope i helped!!
