Cell phone/ebay problems?
I just bought a brand new never used cell phone off of ebay. it’s an offbrand, something like xksstel, or cect. it’s a quad band touch screen phone. When I recieved it in the mail, it worked instantly. But that same day, the screen just went completely white. I can still recieve calls and texts, i just can’t see anything on the screen. all of the buttons work too.
I’ve tried everything, turning it on and off, charging the battery, looked for a reset button, contacted the manufacturer, (which is in hong kong, so i couldn’t understand her accent.)
I really love this phone, I just want it to work. And i haven’t dropped it or gotten it wet since i had it, so it’s nothing i did to make it stop working. Does anyone have any ideas on what i can do to fix it?
I will suggest you to replace it.. May be use ebay.com refund policy for any transaction on ebay. You love the phone, but you will not get any service for the phone, so no use.
