Will my cell phone work in foreign countries?
I am going to guatemala next month and was just wondering if i would be able to make phone calls or text and will it cost alot? My service is U.S. Cellular, what about Verizon?
Nope both do not have International Roaming facility. Even if they would have, it would be very expensive on International Roaming.
