Virgin Mobile – crooks, scumbags, liars… ?
Is Virgin Mobile the WORST cell company in the world? I’ve had nothing but aggravation. For any question or problem (and there are many), they stick you in automated customer service hell for 30 minutes before you can speak to Gupta in downtown India.
And they CHARGE YOU TWICE for minutes. Even for their crappy pre-paid phones, you need to have a “cash balance” in your account to buy “time”.
Virgin Mobile SUCKS. What’s your experience?
The worse service ever. I purchased a lg rumor touch, and web, email, im, etc did not work. After 3 weeks of trying to get somewhere with support and getting the run-around NOTHING was ever done. I only got excuses and promises. Several times a supervisor promised to take care of it personally and call me back. No one ever called me back. When I would call and ask for the supervisor that I last talked with they were always “on the phone” UNBELIEVABLE CRAPPY SERVICE! I asked for a refund they refused because they claim I used the phone. All they would say is “that is our policy” and you will not get a refund. RUDE PEOPLE. The only use I had was to test the calls out and in. I never called anyone nor did anyone ever call me…. so YES they are crooks, scumbags, liars… and I see a class action suite coming their way
