What is the new law regarding cell phones. are people with commercial license exempt while in own vehicle.?
Is anyone who holds a commercial drivers license exempt from the new cell phone law that takes effect July 2008, regardless if they are driving a commercial vehicle or thier own vehicle with commercial plates ( as in thier own pick up )
If you are talking on a cell phone while driving a car in CA after July 1, 2008, you better be doing it “hands free”, no matter who you are or what you are driving.
