Sprint data plan, can anyone help?
I am new to this whole cell phone, data junk. My husband got me a new Blackberry and of course, I fell in love with it! I began browsing the web like nobody’s business! Used it to google all kinds of stuff when waiting at the doctor’s office, or any waiting area for that matter.
Then – BAM! The cell phone bill came in. We’re with Sprint. We thought we purchased an unlimited data plan, but they said we’re being charged for downloads. Now we’re looking for a house, so I’d been reading all the listings and looking at the pictures and what not, and they said that’s what ran our charges up.
So I ask – what website DOESN’T have pictures? Does this mean that I shouldn’t go online on my phone if I don’t want to pay extra fees? And if so – then what the heck is the unlimited data plan for?
I don’t get it. Can someone help please?
i believe the unlimited data plan is in MB. Every site has a certain amount of MB.
I think that unlimited data should be unlimited MB which means it doesnt matter about pictures or anything.
You shouldnt be being charged for that stuff
