Cell Phones On Airplanes

ok i know that you can’t use cell phones on airplanes…?
but do airplanes have those phones that you just swipe your credit card and talk…?
It depends on the airline. Many overseas carriers have them, but most US carriers got rid of them several years ago when passengers stopped using them for the most part. And actually, a select few companies (nearly all overseas) allow cell phone use on board, and if not for talking, for sending texts/checking e-mail/etc.
