Ipad Ethernet Port Adapter

4G / WiMAX over adhoc / virtual AP?
I recently purchased a Motorola W100 USB Modem with 4G/WiMAX service from CLEAR. I am able to share the broadband internet to my WRT-610N via ICS through the built-in Ethernet port. It works flawlessly on my iPod/iPad/PS3 over a wireless connection to the router.
Now, I want to be able to share the WiMAX connection over an ad-hoc or virtual AP on the built-in wireless adapter in my laptop so that I can setup a small hot spot for another mobile device like an iPod. How do I do this?
