Ipad Flash Support Update

What will the new versions of iPad bring with them?
I am a big iPad fan, and i was just wondering what new updates will the iPad have? I have heard the camera thing, but what else? I sure hope it will have flash player support, any news on that? Any info will be very much appreciated!
It should have a higher resolution display, but i dont think it will have a retina display, cause it will just cost so bloody much. It should have 2 cameras and Facetime, if it doesn’t include these, then the iPad will really fall behind. It might support FLASH, but i wouldn’t get my hopes up.
