The iPad keyboard is comfortable, one of the best I’ve seen I’m sick of siting at a desktop. So uncomfortable. I can type only 25 words per minute on a shity a** keyboard. Wonder what idiot designed it. I can type almost 100 words per minute on the iPad, this device is revolutionary. I will never use a keyboard again. Such a bad design.
… fine don’t sell it, turn it off though and buy a desktop or laptop with an operating system of your preference. Windows, Linux, Mac – no one cares, what does matter is you need a nice big screen and a keyboard that is comfortable for many hours of typing.
As for what is a good app. Any simple text editor (I believe Mac’s built in one is called “textedit”) and photoshop, is my preference for graphics. If you don’t want to spend money because you’ve spent it all on your iPad then GIMP is a free alternative – both are available cross-platform.
