Ipad Quit Working

Sould I buy the ipad 2 or the iphone 4?
Right now I have a droid incredible, an ipod touch, and a laptop. The problem is my ipod is starting to quit working. It downloaded two of every song and some of the apps. When I go to delete them it deletes both, so im left with nothing. I use my ipod touch all the time for internet and games. When I use my Droid the battery dies before lunch.
I was just wondering if I should get the Ipad 2 or upgrade my phone to the IPhone 4

I’d hold off until next month and see what’s up with the next iPhone. Apple will be announcing it at the WWDC in June. The iPhone is a lot more portable than the iPad.
