WebDave Ipad Help!!!?

Hello,
Ok i currently have the iPad. I got my airstash to connect to my iPad. My problem is how to I save documents from the app pages to my airstash? I tried using the WebDAV but it keeps asking for my server address, username and password. Where do i get these at? And if i have to create an ID already what do i type in?
