Iphone Ad Hoc Wireless

Can i conect to a wired LAN network and maintain a wirless ad hoc network at the same time?
I want to connect my laptop to my iPhone via a wireless ad hoc network using Windows 7 to use my iPhone as a mouse to control my computer. However, i also want to maintain a connection to the internet and home network via a wired erthernet connection. Is this possible? Are there any programs i can download to allow this?
Yes. I have a wired network but ad hoc connection with the wireless printer.
