Can I use a iphone 3GS without contract and plan?
I want to get a ipod touch but they don’t have cameras. So can i buy a phone 3GS and be able to use it without a AT&T plan and Data Plan. Basically use a iphone 3GS as an ipod touch and have camera and video taking availability and not have a 2 year plan and data plan?
