Iphone Available Memory Low

iPhone: Your memory is running low please reboot?
I downloaded some apps; games, utilities etc. When playing a game (Wedding Dash Lite) or using Excel (Documents) i receive an error message which says my memory is running low and to reboot. My space capacity is 8GB and i still have about 5.2GB available in storage. What’s wrong?
well it could be one of the apps that u downloaded maybe making your iphone thinking that it is running low when it is not try to remove the new ones that you just got it it still does not help do a restore but i would just try the first thing hope i helped you out
