Iphone Calendar Invites

Can you sync a full outlook calendar appointment to an iphone?
I have sync set up between my outlook calendar and iphone, but the trouble is only about the first ~80 lines of the notes of the event sync. Anything after that is truncated. Often the dial in numbers that I need or meeting ids are at the very bottom of the outlook invite. Is there any way to force itunes / iphone to sync the whole thing?
go into setting then into you email account.. you often have options on how much to copy or sync at once. try increasing that.
