Can you save your games on the jail-broken NES app for iPhone/iPod Touch?
Using Cyberduck to SSH into my iPhone using a Mac running Leopard, I installed ROMS for the NES app I downloaded from Cydia. Everything works fine except that after exiting a game and being asked if I want to save, the app never saves a file for me and I can never pick up where I last left off.
If anyone has done this using the same method please hit me with your suggestions on how to make this work, if possible.
Yup, this problem is not only with the NES it is also there with the GBA emulator.The problem is that the developers have stopped making updates to these emulators.If lucky, sometimes the thing starts to save the file, but i haven’t been able to save the game(the one’s which i ssh into it),but the one’s i downloaded from installer by adding in sources, they save properly.
Also,nothing is wrong with the roms as i have tried them on my mac using an emulator and they work fine(save), so the issue is with the emulator.
