Iphone Dropbox Download

What is the best way to download movies from laptop to iphone 3G? (Not Happy with dropbox)?
As I Could not figure out what Apple's suggestion is to download I started using dropbox movies but i am not Happy with STI performance. Does anybody know how the movie clips created in iphone 3G supposed to be downloaded to laptop? Certainly the first WAS iTunes option to try but not version 10 Provides Even an interface to movies (Can Be downloaded photos only)
