Iphone Fm Transmitter

iPod Touch/iPhone FM transmitter.?
I purchased one of these for my iPhone a few weeks ago and there’s a ton of distortion. I’ve gone so far as to wrap the base of the transmitter with aluminum foil and that made it a bit better, but could someone suggest one that’s good out of the box?
i had the exact same problem with my fm transmitter so i just bought i cord that connects my ipod to the car stereo… thats the best i could do to help you
