Using UK iPhone in USA for 3 months?
I have an iPhone on 02 in the UK. I am going to the USA for 3 months and want to be able to use Facebook/Twitter etc.
02 have said they can unlock my iPhone, so will I be able to just go into an at&t or Tmobile store in the USA and get a prepaid plan that I can use for calls and the internet?
Yeah o2 will unlock it no problem. So you will be able to use any sim you like in it no matter where you go. So you can throw in an AT&T or T-mobile sim card and activate and away you go. This will be much cheaper anyway as im sure your aware.
