Iphone Ios 4.3.2 Features
If I send my iphone for servicing…?
I would like to ask, if i send my iphone for servicing (actually cuz of the battery), will apple update it to the latest firmware? Mine is currently at iOS 4.3.2 (jailbroken) and would like to retain all the jailbroken features I have by doing it again (iOS 4.3.3 is tethered and I don’t want that)
Please note that I jailbreak just for new features and NOT because of piracy.

I have reverted the jailbreak… and battery can be purchased. So please don’t say about warranty, I know it’s voided
I’m not sure if you’ve already done so, but just go ahead and do a fresh format before trying to get it serviced at Apple. I’m not sure if you’re up to date with the latest news, but iOS 4.3.3 does have an UNtethered jailbreak, so it shouldn’t be an issue if they update it.
also — most likely they won’t fix your phone, they will just replace it with another unit.
