Is Domo Kun copyrighted?
Yesterday I made 3 iPhone cases of this monster face I found online, apparently today I found out that he is a Japanese TV mascot, is it illegal if I make Domo Kun products and sell them online, but change the name of the character? I have seen many sites sell this character and I don’t think all of them ask for permission. Is Domo Kun copyrighted? Thank you.
