No. In the US, the iPhone is not supported as a prepaid. A jailbroken and unlocked iPhone can use an AT&T or T-Mobile prepaid sim but only for voice and text. Neither company offers data. The only way for a visitor to have a fully functional iPhone is to have an unlocked iPhone and get a month to month plan with either T-mobile or AT&T. However, with T-Mobile, the phone will only be able to access the Edge network not the 3g.
