Iphone On Sale Now
can i trade in a 4 month old phone for a new cheaper phone?
I bought my pantech pursuit in November of 2010 not a month after wards it started giving me problems i spend $130 on it after resigning my contract with at&t that was around the same time that the iphone went on sale for $50… now does anyone know of i can trade my phone in for a new iphone without resigning or paying anything since the phone i have have cost more

No you only have 30 days to return your phone for a different phone, if the phone is giving you problems though and there is no chips in the corners from you dropping it and if the water markers on the inside of the phone on the battery and under it are still white then warranty will fix it. Also where the phone plugs in the prongs must be copper toned. Call 1-800-801-1101 and tell them you dont want to do insurance you want to claim warranty. You can also ask them for a different model that compares to that one if you dont like the pursuit and see what they can do for you. I hope this helps.
