Iphone Or Itouch

Do I need a mac to design an app for the iphone/itouch?
Or is it possible to design apps using Windows? If so, is there special coding that needs to be performed?
You can use Windows, it is just more annoying. You need to get up a iPhone/iTouch virtual environment (you will have to search the internet for one and how to set it up), and you will need to goto Apple’s site to get the SDK for the iPhone/iTouch to make sure you are writing the code to their API. I’m certain that you can’t use .net to program apps and you will probably have to get Eclipse to do your development on. You will have to get the details from the SDK.
