Iphone Os 3.0 Jailbreak

Question about updating iPhone OS 3.0?
Ok so I have downloaded 3.0 and I am waiting for the jailbreak before I update my phone…I have my apps in categories and wanted to know if I should take them out before I update my iPhone…Also In my categories I have more apps than what my phone can hold by default, so if I do have to remove them from categories what should I do seeing as my springboard won’t have enough room to hold the apps I take out.
yes take them out cuz i heard of somebody losing a lot of their apps in the exact same thing. that question is still unsolved. Pull em out of there.
