Iphone Otterbox Case Covers
Iphone broke while in the Otterbox Defender case!?
Ok guys I need your advice. My husband has an otterbox on his iphone 3gs but the clip on the otterbox broke and the phone fell from his waist and broke. Now otterbox refuses to replace the phone, apple refuses to replace it, and radio shack where we bought it claims the insurance we bought covered this and we found out we’ve been lied to. Any ideas? Please only serious answers cuz I’m tired of getting the run around!
Thanks guys I really appreciate the help. And no it was in no way his fault. It was in the otterbox correctly as well but it shattered the inside screen and killed the phones internal mechanisms completely. And I am DEFINITELY calling about Radio Shack 1st thing in the AM
Serious answer call radio shack headquaters and complain bout the local store near you because they have been lieing to you and you might just get a refund or exchange, good luck
