Iphone Outlook Calendar Sync

Is the iPhone syncs with the calendar in Microsoft Works
Title says it all. I do not know whether to synchronize your calendar or just in perspective. Does anyone know?
Nothing works with the calendar in Microsoft Works, period. And, the iPhone can only sync with the calendar of OS X, at least to the latest version of MS-Office for Mac, including Microsoft Exchange Server integration. Microsoft Works should have been discarded when XP came out in 2001. It is nothing more than a "marketing tool" that Microsoft hoped that people would go to MS-Office. Works are so useless that MS Office can not even open your files originals. And that should raise a red flag.
