Iphone Refurbished Unlocked
iPhone jailbreak for 6 month on T-Mobile then switch to AT&T?
I just bought a refurbished iPhone for $249, haven’t opened it yet. My T-mobile contract will be over by October 08, so I’m thinking about jailbreaking and unlocking the iPhone for the time being, then after my current contract is over I’ll switch to AT&T’s iPhone plan.
So is this possible? Can I bring the iPhone back to the pre-activation state after 6 month of jailbreak? Will that cause any problems when activating it as a new phone?
The iPhone I bought from AT&T comes inactivated and without a plan.
my advice is to just reset the iPhone to maufacture settings before you switch to ATT. to activate the iPhone with ATT you just plug it into iTunes and enter ur information. so you won’t have to worry about treating it as a new phone. after iTunes (and ATT) have activated ur iPhone, you can start adding your contacts again.
the way to activate an iPhone new with ATT is through iTunes. before doing anything i would suggest going to ATT or apple and asking if it will be a problem. i have ATT now and my iPhone is still working like it’s new!
