where can i send in my iphone for repair?
my iphone wont restore to any firmware of any kind it was jailbroken at times but i upgraded to 3.0 bata and now trying to downgrade and now cant restore to nothing i also tried DFU and nothing errors i get is 1601 and 1604 any help. if i sent it to apple would they still repair it even that i jailbroke it and unlocked it before?
i bought it used no warrenty
Try resetting it to factory settings via the phone (not itunes)
Under settings;general;reset click on “erase all content and settings” This will erase and restore your phone to the original factory setting. It takes about 2 hours. After, plug it into itunes and hold the home and power button until itunes recognizes your phone. It will ask if you want to restore it, say yes. It will put the latest 2.2 version (not the beta) back on your phone and all will be well.
