How do I manually select files to restore on my iPhone 3G?
I needed to restore my iPhone 3G but every time I restore from the most recent iTunes backup I can no longer get service on my phone. I’ve even tried Erasing All Content and Setting directly from the iPhone and then restoring but still had No Service once turning the phone back on. The main things I want from my last backup are my notes, bookmarks and apps (which are saved in iTunes). Anyone know how I can do this?
Try ‘Reset Network Settings’ .
There might be something blocking your service.i had the same situation with my 3gs, i tried restoring everything, but i had to end up doing a complete restore without backing up. if u like to keep your notes, email it to yourself… if u like to keep your apps, write a list of your apps and after restoring your phone u can go re-download them on your phone free of charge.
