iPhone issues…any help appreciated!?

two issues with my iPhone and I’m wondering if it’s just id10t error or if someone else is going through these everyday problems.

1. I’m all ready synced with iTunes, but I haven’t been able to download anything, not even the free apps. It will show the downloading icon, but after a few seconds it will pop up a prompt that says ‘authorization failed. Please connect to iTunes.’ with the options to retry or cancel. Same thing happens when I’m all ready connected to itunes. Even when I’m in a wifi network with full signal.

2. My multimedia messages. I click the link, but the page won’t load. Out of the two months I’ve had this phone, it’s only let me obtain one of my multimedia messages. And again, I’ll even be in a wifi area with full signal and it will freeze on the safari page before it begins.

Help please! It’s hard to make it into the store as I’m a night owl and work durring the hours the store is open.

Your help is appreciated! Thanks!!

The issue with downloading apps is usually due to the system not recognizing your iTunes password (my Touch did the same thing when I entered one character incorrectly). I had to just reset the iPod (holding the Home key and Sleep key at the same time for about 10 seconds until the Apple logo appears) then reconnect to iTunes and I didn’t have any further issues. If you keep having problems you will need to contact Apple iPhone support at 1-800-MY-IPHONE.

The issue with the viewmymessage page for MMS on the iPhone has been an ongoing problem. Supposedly it will work on a wi-fi connection if it isn’t going through on AT&T’s data network. If you still have problems when trying to download through a wi-fi connection or even on your home computer then you need to contact AT&T.
