Iphone Safe Mode

Everytime i reboot or turn on my iphone it goes into safe mode until i respring then its normal.?
can somebody help me

iphone 3g , 4.2.1 , AT&T , jailbroken with redsn0w 0.9.6 b4
no i got a package called “features” on cydia to get multitasking because i heard that redsn0w’s multitasking is buggy
Does your phone have multitasking enabled on it using red snow?
if yes simply open redsnow untick the multitasking option.this is due to the reason that i phone 3g’s hardware cant support multitasking so that might be the reason for spingboard crash and phone goes into safemode.
